Channel Strategy and Programmes

The role is responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for Polycom solutions and services through the use of distribution development programs. Interacts with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Training, Strategic Relationships, Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Marketing and Global Channel Operations.
This person also is responsible to assist the VP EMEA Channels to develop strategic design of the channel landscape and channel program that support the optimization and consistency of the overall go-to-market of Polycom’s solutions resulting in profitable growth for both Polycom and Its Partners.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic Direction and Program Design
Work directly with the key constituents internally (EMEA Channel Sales Leadership and Channel Operations, Corporate Solution Management, Corporate Channel Leadership) and externally (Channel Partners and Industry Best Practice Advisors) to:
Engage directly with Partners and support Channel Sales Organization in actively managing them to adhere/align to and benefit from the Global/EMEA Channel Program:
