The lead business partner will proactively lead the business partnering function, with accountability to establish and maintain all aspects of IT and change to the business.
The role will involve the creation and maintenance of a clearly defined, consistent and proactive function. As the Business Partner you will be accountable for the companies IT and Change services, costs and value add, including technology and change insights, strategic change pipeline management, project initiation and project delivery.
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of relationship management and the skills and techniques used to establish and maintain key relationships. You will have extensive retail industry knowledge and experience in UK, European and global markets including best practice infrastructures, processes and business practices. Expert knowledge of change management and programme management methodologies, techniques and tools as well as an expert knowledge of IT services and business requirements of IT to deliver their objectives.
